The Team
Mark Wilson
Being born in Healdsburg, CA and growing up in Cloverdale, CA, I have been in Sonoma County my whole life.
I have spent the last five years in the construction and remediation industry as a Project Manager and CFO. I came into the industry because of a love of helping people. In the remediation industry, we are called upon to help people when they are in need, when sometimes things are at their worst. We step in to help and try to make their emergency situation less stressful and return their lives back to normal as quickly as possible.
I started Wine Country Restoration when the wildfires came through Sonoma, Napa, Lake, and Mendocino Counties in 2017. When the fires started happening, there wasn’t enough companies to help everybody out. I saw a lot of people staying at the Sonoma County Fairgrounds with no place to go and I wanted to help. I know the insurance process can be stressful to deal with since there’s already a lot of stress from dealing with the unexpected happening to your home. I wanted to help make the process as easy as possible for people. I wanted to start a company with highly qualified, local people who are fully invested in the client and our area. All of our employees have had extensive training in remediation in order to handle our clients’ needs.

Dwight Harrington
I was born and raised in Healdsburg, CA but my family roots go much deeper in Sonoma County. My family has been in Sonoma and Napa Valley since 1884.
Building is in my blood. My grandfather built my family’s ranch that still stands in Mill Creek, just outside of Healdsburg. My father had his own construction company that specialized in custom built homes and home/small business remodels. Needless to say, I grew up with a hammer in my hand and spent my childhood on job sites, working for my father from the time I was able to walk. I learned hard work ethic, attention to detail, and taking pride in creating something crafted from my hands.
I continued to work in construction while going to Sonoma State University and earned a B.S. in Business Administration with emphasis in Small Business Management.
Mark and I have worked together for over eight years and have a great mutual respect for one another. We work extremely well together, and both have the same passion for working hard and doing the best job possible. Mark and I started Wine Country Restoration when the wildfires broke out in 2017. There was a shortage of companies to help get these families and businesses back in their homes and places of work, in a safe living and working environment. We knew then that we had to do something. We bought the best equipment on the market and we started working after hours, on weekends, and whenever possible to help get people back into their homes.
